Steps in the completion of your architectural projectInitial contact and project definition : analysis of your needs, budget and site constraints.Feasibility study : verification of urban planning standards and regulations.Preliminary design and plans : sketches and proposals tailored to your expectations.Complete detailed plans : Title page, general notes, site plan (at client request), floor plans, elevations, structure, typical layouts, envelope details, and door and window scheduleBuilding permit : We provide the final plans to the client in PDF format only. The client and/or contractor is responsible for printing them at their own expense.Construction site monitoring : Depending on the client's request, we can offer construction site monitoring during the building of your residence. Please note that additional fees will apply.

Do you include structural elements in your plans?

Yes, we draw the structure on the plans. HOWEVER , all structural elements must be verified and approved by a qualified engineer. The structure shown on the plan is for illustrative purposes only and is subject to change. The technologist accepts no responsibility if you have not contacted an engineer and/or the manufacturer.

Do you use color for the elevations in the plans?

The elevations of the residence are shown in color on our plans. Depending on the desired shade, we can apply the corresponding color for better visualization.
